The Rabbiter’s Hut was an old cottage used on Tinline Park in the late 1950’s to house the Rabbit Man who was employed to reduce vermin on the property. Restoration of the cottage commenced in 2011 and was completed in 2013. This was done by the owners eldest son Jock. It has been converted into a very exclusive luxurious three bedroom cottage.

Rabbiter’s hut is located 16 kilometers east of Mount Torrens along the Pebbly Range Road , Tungkillo. The picturesque drive to the property through the hills,  can be an adventure of it’s own. As one travels further out the scenery changes and often one can be mistaken for being in the Flinders Rangers.

Explore the regions that boast to have some of the best wineries in the world or just explore Tinline Park which has the Lavender Walking Trail and the Kidman Horse Riding trail.

One can not leave Tinline Park without experiencing the food and flavours from the paddock. Annette is well known for her hospitality and guests can taste the flavours by lunch under the gum tree or lunch on the terrace. In winter the newly renovated Rabbiter’s Shed is the perfect spot to dine and have the slow cooked Moroccan Roasted Tinline Lamb with that special bottle of shiraz that you have just brought from the local winery.
