Rabbiter's Hut


The Rabbiter’s Hut was an old cottaged used on Tinline Park in the late 1950’s to house the rabbit man that was employed to reduce the vermin on the property.

Restoration to the cottage commenced in 2011. Using local tradesmen and having Jock the oldest son as a builder , the Rabbiter’s hut has been converted into a very exclusive luxurious  3 bedroom cottage using typical Australian materials such as corrugated iron and red gum from the property.

The cottage is situated 3 kilometers from the main homestead ensuring privacy during your stay. Although in saying that, Annette and Bill are there to ensure that you have the best possible experience.

Amenities include a modern bathroom, dish washer, refrigerator , washing machine, clothes dryer, coffee machine, juice maker, toaster, kettle, barbeque. LCD LED TV, DVD, iPod Dock, mobile phone coverage. Access to internet through Telstra Next G signal. Breakfast Provisions include Mount Pleasant Butcher Bacon, Fresh Tinline Park Farm Eggs. Home made bread, tomatoes, milk and juice.

Entertainment Area

The Rabbiter’s Shed was completed in 2013 by Jock and has proved to be an ideal wet weather entertaining area.
