"Bill and Annette were the ultimate hosts, ensuring everything was just so, from the fires being lit, to setting us up with some local fare. It was a fantastic stay. We always look for a place that has all the comforts of home and the Rabbiter's Hut was all that and more. From all the little things in the kitchen to the crisp sheets and high-end towels, we felt right at home. The Rabbiter's Hut is steeped in history and the owners', Bill and Annette, are passionate about the region and have a wealth of knowledge of all things to do in the area. The location is far enough away from the towns to give you absolute solitude but close enough for a quick skip to a few wineries or to take in the amazing history of the area. We will be back with the family next time and will use the Rabbiter's Hut as a base to explore the wonderful area it is surrounded by."
