There are a number of things to do on and surrounding the property. Below are some guest favourites.
Celebrating 100 years since the 1901 Federation of Australia, the 152km Lavender Federation Walking Trail is a linear trail that starts along the banks of the Murray River in Murray Bridge, through to the wine-growing region of the Barossa, ending in Clare in northern South Australia.
You can join the Lavender Walking Trail at Mount Beevor (about 15mins from Rabbiter’s Hut) and walk back along the trail to the Rabbiter's Hut, which will take around three-four hours.
Drop Off/Pick Up Available: for walkers (up to 7 guests) between Murray Bridge and Eden Valley at the cost of $100 per hour.

The Kidman Trail is a multi-use horse riding, cycling, and walking trail that traverses 269km of roadside, forest tracks, private land, and unmade road reserves with trail markers indicating the route along the way.
The trail is proudly named after Sir Sidney Kidman, a prominent local pastoralist and horse breeder. Kidman was a pioneer of his time with unparalleled forethought in business and an interminable community spirit.
Trail enthusiasts will enjoy seeing the world a different way, through the Fleurieu Peninsula, Adelaide Hills, Murraylands, Barossa and Clare Valley tourism regions. The scenic trail highlights the natural beauty, cultural history, and major points of interest along the Mount Lofty Ranges.
Rabbiter's Hut is situated at the centre of the 'Tinline Triangle' - just 20 minutes from South Australia's premier food and wine regions of the Adelaide Hills, Barossa Valley, and Murraylands.
